When I Feel Tossed Around or Uneasy (Psalm 1)

Father God, help me not feel tossed around or uneasy. Help me not feel unsteady or unsure. Help me feel secure in You.

I think I see the answer for this in this Psalm, and in Psalm 1. Here I read to meditate on the Torah night and day. This grows deep roots and prevents me from feeling like I am wilting or being tossed around or blown away by a wind.

It says here if I do have the sensation of being blown away by the wind, it's because I am wicked and a sinner.

Who is the wicked? One who does not do what God says.

Psalm 1 tells the cure for the wicked: meditate on the Torah night and day. And this helps us dig deep roots that help us not feel parched, to produce fruit, be successful in all we do, and not be tossed around by the wind.

How can I feel strong and stable? By being in the Torah and meditating on it. This also helps me remain righteous and not be or act like the wicked.

Adonai, help me to remember this and told live Psalm 1 whenever I feel uneasy and unsteady, tossed around by life. Meditating on the Torah helps dig on the roots and helps bear fruit.
