Restlessness and Noise (a prayer)

Rock, Strength, Infinite One, the God Most High, help me. I am feeling restless and am not sure why. I am having difficulty focusing on You, Your Word, and on prayer. I feel a loudness, a noise, inside and I am not sure why.

Am I feeling uneasy because You are stirring me to pray? Whenever I get this feeling, I usually have the sense that this is the case. It's a sense that something could happen or is happening.

Will You tell me what to pray and help me to pray?

How can I draw closer and nearer to You so I do not feel this way?

Lead me, God. What would you have me do? Please help me stop feeling uneasy and restless, unless it is a continual reminder to pray.

Thank You for this restlessness. It's allowing me to seek You and listen. It's helping give me the want to pray, for I feel the need to pray because of the restlessness and noise.
