Teach Me to Pray 1

God, teach me to pray. I pray as the twelve did in Luke 11:1.

They say praying is easy. It's talking and listening to You.

While that is true, I want to know a deeper and more effective way of praying. I want to pray with power and confidence in You.

What does this look like?

Yeshua (Jesus) gave us what we call the Lord's Prayer as an example of how to pray. Abba, thank You for this. But I feel like I am missing something. I am not always praying effectively and with confidence and power.

I want my prayers to count and mean something as they point to You and what You do.

I do not want to pray limited prayers.

I want to pray in a deep relationship way.

Help me have no doubt or uncertainty as I pray. After all, You can answer every prayer, if I trust You.

Teach me to pray. I am your willing student.
