A Current Events Prayer for Israel

 God of Israel, of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, Maker and King of the universe, there is so much going on in Israel today, as has been since October 07, 2023. You are their God. Help them. Guide them. Bless them. Protect them. 

They wait for news of what four hostages are going to be released tomorrow.

And they wait the list to learn who of the remaining of the 26 are still alive. O, Lord. Help them.

Guard, protect, and guide the hostages. Show them how You are still their God and there is none like You. Let them know without a doubt You are with them and put Torah in their minds and hearts to help them focus on You, the One who brings them shalom through every moment. Help them rely on You in a whole new way. You alone are their real, true, and only hope. Put Your angels around them to guard them.

Be with the family and loved ones of the hostages. I pray they know You more and lean on You. Show them how You are still alive and active in their lives. 

Prepare, guide, and protect the hostages, family and loved ones, IDF, and medical professionals for the homecoming. Let it be a time of joy, shalom, and complete healing.

Help the four hostages released tomorrow give the IDF intelligence that leads to all the hostages. Help all the hostages be found and/or released. 

We thank You for all these things.

Bless all of them and all of Israel. Let this be a time of revival of turning to You and to Torah in a whole new way, and may that help them to seek the Messiah, and to know that Yeshua is the Messiah. Reveal Yourself to them. Open their hearts.
