Keep His mitzvot (commandments)
Throughout the Word, it says that we are to keep His mitzvot (His commandments).
Do we?
Do we really?
Are we consciously, intentionally, purposefully trying to do so? Or are we just giving lip-service to that?
Are we doing what He says?
Are we doing what the Bible says? Are we obeying? Are we being obedient to every verse of the Word of God? Or do we just pick and choose?
If we are not in the Scripture every single day, then how can we honestly say we are living all of His mitzvot? When we are not in the Word, it is easy to forget what it says or remember it incorrectly.
It is essential we are in the Bible every single day, throughout the day, so we can remember what it says and do it.
Keeping His mitzvot has blessing, and not doing so has consequences.
Look at Deuteronomy 4:40. When we keep His mitzvot, things may go well with us and might prolong our days in the land the Lord has given us.
Exodus 15:26 mentioned how we are to diligently listen. I bet this helps us hear His mitzvot. Furthermore, when we are diligent to listen, and take the time and effort, we will do what is right in the sight of the Lord.
